Topics include community risk management, strategic planning, labor relations, leadership and visioning, managing change, politics, organizational culture and data analysis. This course aligns with the United States Fire Administration (USFA) Fire and Emergency Services Higher Education Curriculum. Douglas Schrage 3.00 OPEN REGISTRATION to all students. ONLINE course.
