The primary goal is the course is to better prepare graduate students for their roles as leaders in the business world. In this course M.B.A. students will learn from a practical standpoint how to take the necessary legal steps to guide a business through the legal maze that awaits them. The course will additionally target the decision-making process from an ethical standpoint.
