    51115 2019-05-06 to 2019-05-17 Operations management with an emphasis on systematic planning, design and operation of the processes that produce goods and deliver services that customers recognize to be of superior quality. Topics include operations strategy, process design, quality control, statistical process control, project scheduling, material requirements planning and just-in-time systems. Alba Prato 3.00 This class will depart for Beijing on May 6th and returning on May 14th. There will be an online orientation before the trip & also an online debriefing after the trip.
