The Happiness Team

This online course aims to promote the happiness and wellbeing of participants by studying the science of happiness and engaging in practices that promote wellbeing. In addition to academic study in areas including psychology, mindfulness, behavior and diet, participants can expect to practice meditation, reflection, and other actions that have been proven to promote wellbeing.
