Jessica is part of the Academic Incubator Team whose responsibilities include coordinating program and course development, program marketing, internal and external data requests. We work as a highly collaborative team but each specialize in different facets of our overall work. Jessica is focused on using data-driven approaches to better understand retention and enrollment issues as well as streamlining processes to provide the right services and support for our students. She is a member of the UAF Enrollment Data Team and the UAF Process Improvement Team (PIT). Jessica works primarily with Banner and is learning to use SQL queries to pull data from UAF’s Data Warehouse. She uses Lightcast for market analysis and program research. Jessica is also responsible for external reporting to NC-SARA and assists with the US News and World Report program surveys each year.
