Are there deadlines I should be aware of as I prepare to apply?

Bachelor’s student deadlines are: May 1 (Summer); June 15 (Fall); November 1 (Spring)

Graduate student deadlines are: June 1 (Fall); October 15 (Spring)

Should I fill out the FAFSA?

We recommend that all students fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) even if you don’t think you’ll qualify for any financial aid.

How much is tuition? What will I be charged?

Tuition for eCampus courses is always charged at the low Alaska resident tuition rate. Each of our degree pages has an estimate of the total cost for the program. You are only charged tuition and fees for the courses you take each semester.

Does UAF accept transfer credit?

UAF typically accepts transfer credit from other accredited universities, colleges and some non-traditional sources across the United States and Canada. Visit the Transfer Credit Resource Site or fill out the form on this page for more information.
