LJ Varghese joined UAF eCampus as an instructional designer in summer 2022. Focusing on UAF’s AlaskaX initiative, they bring experience in library and archival sciences as well as DEI work within higher education institutions. LJ believes education should be equitable and accessible, and they are interested in defining and creating transformative teaching and learning experiences.
