We all know that school, and life in general, can be stressful. But did you know that UAF offers students mental health counseling support to help you through your life challenges?

The UAF Student Health and Counseling Center is providing a new service to make mental health counseling more accessible to our online students based within the United States. This is in addition to their in-person and virtual offerings already offered to those residing in Alaska. TimelyCare–a no-cost service included in UAF student fees–provides immediate crisis care and up to nine ongoing counseling sessions per academic year. These virtual mental health services are available 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Students can access these services by downloading the TimelyCare app on their smartphone and sign in using their UAF email account.
