U.S. News & World Report recently included the University of Alaska Fairbanks in four of its 2017 lists of the best online programs.
UAF appears on the following lists:
- Best Online Bachelor’s Programs
- Best Online MBA Programs
- Best Online Criminal Justice Programs (Graduate)
- Best Online Education Programs (Graduate)
“UAF has invested heavily in the growth of online programs over the past five years,” said Carol Gering, director of UAF eCampus & Distance Education. “We’re passionate about expanding access to higher education and providing a quality learning experience for all students — regardless of location, work schedules or family obligations.”
UAF, which has the largest selection of online degrees and the longest-running distance education program in the state, was the only institution in Alaska to make the magazine’s tier-one list.
Center for Online Education, Affordable Colleges Online and ValueColleges have also included UAF on their 2017 lists of top online programs.
